He's fighting like it's Stalingrad, but this ain't AAU... I am the unsung hero who saved you from the pest He was bigger than Yao Ming and more violent than Artest Stronger men than me were hurt by elbows that he threw He's fighting like it's Stalingrad, but this ain't AAU You would have gotten hurt with his savagery unchecked While others bled complacently, I motioned to eject From pickup!! I didn't have authority, I didn't have the right I only had the will of God and courage on my side Who will fight the giant? Who will fight the giant? Who will fight the giant? Anyone? I got up in his face, or his sternum, as it were I told him that he had to leave and others would concur I thought the guys would back me up, all bloodied, skinned, and bruised They silently encouraged me while staring at their shoes He thought that he could scare me, he thought he'd back me down But like David and the Philistine, this shepherd held her ground Eva fought the giant! Eva fought the giant! Eva fought the giant! And won! It'd be Malice at the Palace if his violence hadn't ceased Instead we started with Artest and we ended with World Peace Hear it again... but different! This is the first time I ever played it live (three days after I wrote it!) -- and I was FLOORED by how epic it sounded with Kel, Justin, and Matt's incredible musicality. I went Dylan, they went Marley. The combo was a winning one.
